- Activate. 30-minute training call with James within 30 days.
- Reorder. 60-day replenishment trigger. Named account manager for accounts over $2k/month.

Can I order individual products or only bundles?
Either, or both. Every SKU above is available individually at your Raw Plus tier margin. Most practitioners build a custom dispensary mixing single-SKU favourites with one or two System Bundles. The only requirement is the 6-unit / $200 minimum order (12-unit / $400 for Retail).
Who can open a Raw Plus account?
Naturopaths, nutritionists, integrative GPs, herbalists and women's health clinics (Tier A). Yoga, Pilates, reformer, sauna and recovery studios (Tier B). Health food stores, organic grocers and conscious pharmacies (Tier C). We don't currently sell into mainstream supermarkets, pharmacy chains, or general gift/homeware retailers.
What does "pre-paid" mean?
All Raw Plus accounts are paid before dispatch — no NET terms. That structure is the reason we can offer the margins above. It also means no chasing payment, no paperwork, no admin overhead at your end.
Where do you ship Raw Plus orders?
Australia, New Zealand and the USA — $15 flat shipping. Other markets case-by-case; email if you're outside these three.

Practitioner and Studio: 6 units, $200 minimum order. Retail: 12 units, $400 minimum order.
What's the training call with James?

One PDF per pillar. Patient-facing, plain English, brand-aligned. Cover the protocol, dosing and what to expect. You hand them out at appointment or include with dispensary purchases.
