Shipping within Australia

Free shipping on orders of $80 AUD or more. For orders under $80, standard shipping is $8.99 AUD, or choose Express at checkout.

We aim to dispatch every order placed before 12pm on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, orders may take up to 48 hours to process. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Free international shipping applies to UK orders of $150 AUD or more and US orders of $250 AUD or more.

Delivery typically takes 2–17 business days depending on destination.

Duties and taxes: International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges on arrival. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We encourage you to check with your local customs office before ordering.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or we've sent the wrong item, please email us at hello@rawmedicines.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at our expense.
