We believe in making the delivery experience fast and easy which is why we offer free express shipping worldwide when you spend over $150 AUD.

And free shipping within Australia when you spend over $80.00

Depending on where you are in the world, you can expect within 2-17 business days, however during Covid and peak times, this delivery timeframe may be extended.

We aim to dispatch every order placed before 12pm on the same day (excluding weekends), however, we may take up to 48 hours to process your order depending on peak times and volumes of orders.

For orders under $150 AUD, we have a simple, flat rate policy based on location:

Australia & NZ - $9.95 AUD
US & Canada - $14.95 AUD
UK & (most of) Europe - $19.95 AUD
Rest of World - $24.95 AUD

Note: Some international locations might have a local customs charge, we encourage you to reach out to your local customs office to find out what these might be prior to purchasing

Returns

If for whatever reason you don't love your product and would like to return your purchased item(s):

• Please email hello@rawmedicines.com within 7 days of receiving your item with ‘Return’ as the subject. In the body of the email please state the following:

• your full name
• original order number
• the reason for the return*

• We will reply to your email as soon as possible (typically 2 business days) with instructions on how to proceed and an address for you to return your item/s to.

• Return the original stock item(s), including all original packaging, to the Australian address we provide (Please note that the shipping costs to return your item(s) will be your responsibility). 

• Upon receiving the returned item(s) in good order we will issue a refund (via the original form of payment) for the value of the returned item(s). 

• Please note that Raw Medicine reserves the right to decline a return request subject to our discretion.
