Shipping

Free shipping within Australia on orders of $80 AUD or more.

For Australian orders under $80, standard shipping is $8.99 AUD, or choose Express at checkout.

We aim to dispatch every order placed before 12pm on the same day (excluding weekends). During peak periods, orders may take up to 48 hours to process.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free international shipping applies to UK orders of $150 AUD or more and US orders of $250 AUD or more. Delivery typically takes 2–17 business days depending on destination.

Note: Some international locations may have a local customs charge. We encourage you to contact your local customs office before purchasing.

Returns

If for whatever reason you don't love your product and would like to return your purchased item(s):

• Please email hello@rawmedicines.com within 30 days of purchase with ‘Return’ as the subject. In the body of the email please state the following:

• your full name
• original order number
• the reason for the return*

• We will reply to your email as soon as possible (typically 2 business days) with instructions on how to proceed and an address for you to return your item/s to.

• Return the original stock item(s), including all original packaging, to the Australian address we provide (Please note that the shipping costs to return your item(s) will be your responsibility).

• Upon receiving the returned item(s) in good order we will issue a refund (via the original form of payment) for the value of the returned item(s).

• Please note that Raw Medicine reserves the right to decline a return request subject to our discretion.
