Herb and Superfood Blend (32.25%): Lycium Barbarum (goji), strawberry, pomegranate, coconut water, acai, beetroot, maquiberry, acerola, blackcurrant, schisandra, Rehmannia glutinosa, Scutellaria lateriflora.
Other: Maltodextrin, malic acid, citric acid, potassium citrate, manioc, natural strawberry/coconut/vanilla flavours, thaumatin (natural sweetener).

DIRECTIONS+
Use across the day, or as an evening wind-down ritual.
1. Stir one serve of Re-Energise Magnesium into water and drink.
2. Spray Calm & Relax Magnesium Oil onto shoulders, neck and legs whenever tension builds.
3. Add a scoop of Wellness Soak to a warm bath and soak for 15–20 minutes.
