Raw Medicines Wind-Down Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter. Raw Medicines (the "Promoter"), Queensland, Australia. Contact: hello@rawmedicines.com

2. Nature of the promotion. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. In Queensland this promotion is a category 4 promotional game under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999, for which no gaming licence is required.

3. Eligibility. Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Entry is free — no purchase is necessary and no purchase will improve an entrant's chance of winning.

4. Entry period. Entries open 7:00pm AEST, Monday 24 August 2026 and close 11:59pm AEST, Monday 31 August 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5. How to enter. Follow @raw_medicine on Instagram and post a comment on the giveaway post answering the question: "What's the one thing you actually do to wind down — and does it work?" One entry per person. Entries that are abusive, offensive, off-topic, automated, or that make claims about treating or curing any medical condition will not be considered.

6. Judging. Entries will be judged by the Raw Medicines team on originality and how genuinely they answer the question. Judging takes place on Tuesday 1 September 2026. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prizes. Five (5) winners in total.

  • The entry judged best overall receives one (1) Calm & Relax Magnesium Oil 500ml, RRP $55.95.
  • Each of the remaining four (4) winners receives one (1) product of their choice from: any 200ml Magnesium Oil, any 500g Wellness Soak, or Re-Energise Magnesium 150g. RRP $19.95–$39.95 each.
  • Total prize pool: approximately $175 AUD (RRP).

Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. If a chosen product is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a product of equal or greater value.

8. Notification and claiming. Winners will be announced publicly on Wednesday 2 September 2026 and contacted by Instagram direct message. A winner must reply with their product choice and an Australian postal address within 7 days of being contacted, or the Promoter may select another entrant in their place.

9. Delivery. Prizes are posted within Australia only, at the Promoter's expense. Please allow up to 14 days.

10. Privacy. Personal details are collected only to conduct this promotion and deliver prizes, and are handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your address will not be added to any marketing list without your consent. Entry records are retained for five years as required in Queensland.

11. Publicity. By entering, you agree that the Promoter may republish your entry comment, with your Instagram handle for credit, on its social media channels. Let us know if you'd prefer we didn't and we won't.

12. Consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Not affiliated with Instagram. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability in connection with it.

14. General. The Promoter may vary these terms or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
